Are you an NHS or care worker in North West London and find yourself taking longer to recover from Covid-19? Keeping Well is here to help.

You may still be coming to terms with the impact the virus has had on both your body and mind. These changes should get better over time, some may take longer than others. Keeping Well North West London has three different groups on offer to support NHS and care staff in North West London affected.

Have you had Covid-19 and are still struggling with symptoms of Long Covid, such as fatigue, breathlessness or brain fog?

The peer support group offers a safe, respectful virtual place where staff with Long Covid can connect with other staff and have an experience of belonging whilst offering and receiving support. Members of the group can use the space to share ideas, experiences, and gain knowledge about things that have helped. The group is facilitated by a qualified Psychologist.

"The support from the group was so amazing. It made you feel that there were others out there that know what you are going through and they understand."

The group will be starting Wednesday 6 September 2023 at 2pm.
