We are running a monthly peer support group (via zoom) for staff impacted by Post Covid Syndrome (or Long Covid).

The group offers a safe and confidential space for staff to meet with each other, share stories, experiences and resources as well as the opportunity to learn from each other and explore options for support.

The next group will take place on Tuesday 3 August 2pm to 3pm, and we are delighted to announce that this month we will be joined by Halle Johnson from Imperial College London. Halle will be sharing some initial findings from an ongoing Long Covid research study taking place at Imperial’s Patient Experience Research Centre.

If you are interested in joining our peer support group please do contact us at: keepingwell.nwl@nhs.net

Cycle to Work Day

5th August 2021

Cycle to Work Day is the UK’s biggest cycle commuting event.  Every year since 2012 we’ve seen thousands of enthusiastic riders hit the streets to celebrate everyday cycling.

All you need to take part is a bike – new or old – and the desire to ride.  You can go solo or be the change your workplace needs and organise an event for you and your colleagues.

Whatever you do, however far your ride – have fun!
