Our Keeping Well service is running two different groups on offer to support NHS and care staff in North West London.

Have you had Covid-19 and are struggling emotionally with the physical symptoms of Long Covid? Have you noticed changes in your mood and mental wellbeing since developing Long Covid? Look at joining one of our free groups below.

Staff can also access Long Covid CBT support to learn of psychological techniques to manage the emotional impact of Long Covid via the Talking Therapies services. We can arrange for a referral to be made to these services upon you referring to our service.

This peer support group offers a safe, respectful virtual place where staff with Long Covid can connect with other staff and have an experience of belonging whilst offering and receiving support.

Members of the group can use the space to share ideas, experiences and knowledge about things that have helped and sources of support. The group is facilitated by a qualified Psychologist and Occupational Therapist.

This group is currently at full capacity. We will be moving towards a new model in the new year which will allow more people to participate. To register your interest in this, please email the Keeping Well Team at keepingwell.nwl@nhs.net.
