Keeping Well is not able to provide immediate support in an emergency. If you require immediate help, or if you think that you are at risk of harm to yourself or to or from others, then we advise you to:

  • For London Boroughs of Brent, Harrow, Kensington and Chelsea Westminster and Hillingdon call the CNWL Single Point of Access Line for mental health support on 0800 0234 650, and for Milton Keynes call 01908 724365 if you need help in a mental health crisis, 24/7. You can also walk in to the Mental Health Crisis Assessment Centre for these boroughs - the SPA can tell you more about that.
  • In a physical health emergency call 999 or visit A&E
  • Contact your GP by phone if you need immediate help. Outside of surgery hours you can call NHS Direct for more guidance on 111
  • The nhs.uk website has information about different crisis support services as well as coping strategies and ways to keep yourself safe:
