Who are Skills for Care?

Skills for Care supports adult social care employers to deliver what the people they support need. They do this by helping employers get the best from their most valuable resource - their people.Selena-Skills-for-Care.JPG

Their practical support helps leaders and managers recruit, develop and lead their staff, retaining them from entry level right through to senior leadership and management roles.

They are the organisation for registered managers, supporting them to develop best practice, keep up-to-date and share ideas with like-minded managers.

If you would be interested in us hosting a session for your team or organisation, please get in touch with us at keepingwell.nwl@nhs.net
