Mindfulness and meditation are skills you can learn to cope with stress, get a better night's rest, and achieve overall health and wellness.
Peter Helmer, NHS experienced mindfulness practitioner offers free weekly online drop-in sessions to help you learn various ways to practice these skills.
From 1 August 2022, health and social care staff can join:
- Mondays: 10am to 11am, 12pm to 12.30pm (lunchtime 30 minute session)
- Wednesdays: 7pm to 8pm
- Thursdays: 12pm to 12.30pm (lunchtime 30 minute session)
- Fridays: 3pm to 4pm

It will also be possible to book one to one or team group sessions both within and outside of clinic hours, contact Peter at Peter.firstname.lastname@example.org. The hour long sessions will consist of guided practices of mindfulness relaxation, Q&A, and a chance to check in with the group.
