She says: “We don’t talk about it like we would about breaking a leg or being diagnosed with cancer but it is as important. To look after my mental health my number one thing is going to the gym, when Coronavirus took away my coping mechanism it wasn’t good. Going to the gym gives me something to focus on and although I’m exercising my body, it does wonders for my mind.”

The theme for this year is nature and getting outside, Stefani reflects on ‘going for walks during lockdown really helping her’.

She says: “I like to also call a friend, picking up the phone and having a chat really helped me as well.”
