Are you feeling work stress or burnout? We can help! Join our new support group to recognise common signs and overcome them.
We are excited to announce a pilot of our first online Burnout Group will start in February 2023.
The sessions will promote positive wellbeing via psychological techniques, reflective exercises and group discussions, led by Keeping Well’s CBT Therapists.
Starting Wednesday 22 February 2023 from 6pm to 7.30pm, the group will run every Wednesday for six weeks taking place via Zoom.
Please note this is a closed group and attendees are encouraged to attend every session. Spaces are limited, if you are interested please use complete the self-referral form to access the group.
