Stefani is the newly appointed Senior Substance Misuse Practitioner for the Keeping Well Service across North West London.
The service provides wellbeing and psychological support to all health and social care staff in eight boroughs including those providing care to others in the community, residential homes, voluntary sector organisations as well as the London Ambulance Service.
Stefani's role for the service includes helping support staff who may be experiencing drug and alcohol problems, providing useful information to staff on how to support an employee or a colleague experiencing drug or alcohol problems, and to raise awareness on the correlation between mental health and substance misuse.
