Yes and would assume this shows in outcomes measures. Previously had very good experience in 2017 and was kindly given same therapist again who I have a great relationship with. XX is fantastic at getting me to rethink my thoughts and in turn behaviours

- JA

Yes, my therapist was very helpful I made a real connection with her

- Sasha

Yes very. I have received excellent psychotherapy support from elsewhere in the past so asked for an experienced therapist who would get straight to the 'difficult stuff' which the cnwl therapist did.

- SW

Very - very thorough treatment and taught me skills I am still using post treatment

The service was fantastic. I couldn’t fault the care I received at all. Very grateful.
I feel that the results have been better than any other previous therapy I have received. It’s made a real positive impact.

Extremely helpful. The clinician I was working with was able to tailor the sessions to what I needed. Which was especially helpful through the pandemic when I continued working on the wards and my  needs changed
