Join a Covid Recovery Group launching 20 July, to learn new coping strategies to help you manage your symptoms and share experiences Long Covid Recovery Group.jpgwith others. 

The group involves:

  • A five week online group
  • A safe space to share experiences
  • Tools and skills to manage with anxiety, low mood, breathless, fatigue
  • Support on considering/managing returning to work
  • Free and confidential
  • Provided by trained psychological therapists

Open to those who are registered with a GP that is based in Hillingdon.
