Anti-Bullying Week 2021 will be taking place from Monday 15 to Friday 19 November and this year’s theme is ‘One Kind Word’. Being treated unfairly at work can be upsetting and can often lead to affects on your health.

You don't have to suffer alone, speak to someone you trust. We have resources and advice on how to build a positive wellbeing environment

“Bullying can make working life miserable. You can lose all faith in yourself, you can feel ill and depressed, and find it hard to motivate yourself to work.”

The NHS website offers information on how to identify if you're being bullied at work, how to stop it, and advice on getting support.

The Keeping Well Service offers free, fast and confidential wellbeing support for health and social care staff.  Speak with one of our wellbeing professional on live chat, telephone or email.
