Mindfulness is a way of slowing down and becoming aware of the present moment, it can help with managing stress, anxiety and difficult thoughts.

Peter Helmer.jpgPeter Helmer, an experienced NHS mindfulness practitioner is offering free weekly sessions for NHS staff hosted at present on Zoom. The sessions will consist of guided practices of mindfulness relaxation, Q&A, and a chance to check in with the group.
